Primarily we ship our from fulfilment centres in the USA or United Kingdom.
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?
No, all orders are final, orders cannot be cancelled or changed, please be careful and check your details before paying for your order.
Our Upsell Post Purchase Discount is for customers that already have 1 existing order which was placed in the last 25 minutes, if you try to cancel your order and reorder with the discount, all of your orders will be cancelled and you will lose all of your items.

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order.
Can I get a refund on my Sale items?
No, unfortunately we do not offer refunds on items purchased in any sale this includes using a discount code at checkout for your purchase. Bodysuits and swimsuits are also non refundable.
If you order is a preorder, your order will be shipped as one package when your preorder is available to dispatch. We do not split or separate orders.
Preorder dispatch dates are an estimate, we always aim to dispatch before that date, if your preorder is late it is usually due to 1. Our factory experiencing delay's (lack of staff) 2. The fabric used to make your items was out of stock, and we are waiting for the fabric to be re-made. 3. The courier shipping the stock to our warehouse are experiencing delays. These factors are out of our hands but we try to factor in delays when estimating a dispatch date.
Duties & Import Fee's
Uk and American customers do not get charged import fees. Other countries do, the cost is dependant on your governments rules. If you refuse a package because you do not want to pay the charges you will loose your item, and you will be charged the cost of shipping to your country and shipping back to our warehouse, which is approximately $100. For Example, if your order is $179, you will only be refunded $79 as the rest will cover all your shipping fees. We advise customers to pay their charges to avoid disappointment
