How Do I Start The Returns Process:
Simple 3 steps, Once your parcel is delivered, you have up to 14 days to try on and return your item.
We offer returns up to 14 days after your delivery date. For Hygiene reasons, swimwear, shapewear and bodystocking items are non refundable. Sale items are also non refundable.
On the odd occasion you would like to return your Bad Society Club order you can use the link below for a smooth hassle free returns process, you will need your order number & postal code for this & the rest is pretty simple.
1. https://tracking.tryhutch.co.uk/bad-society-club (Shape wear & Sale items cannot be returned)
2. Add a note in your parcel with Name & order number
3a. Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice. We advise tracked shipping.
3b. If you are prompted to add the parcel value, please put the item value of the parcel as $20 or under.

Terms and conditions
Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be refunded.
Any items that are not in return condition will be refused a refund
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our fulfilment centre.
*Bad Society Club is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Any items that have a duty tax charge will not be refunded make sure you mark the item value under $20 when shipping returns to avoid this happening to you.

All our returns go through in depth checks to ensure that we do not re-shelf a faulty or dirty item.
