How do I return something?
On The Odd Occasion That You May Want To Return Your Items, We offer returns for non sale/ reduced items that are in perfect condition up to 14 days after your delivery date. (please be kind and remember all valid returns are resold, so please do not send back a item in a condition you would not like to receive it)
How Do I Start The Returns Process:
1. Email us below or at Customer@badsocietyclub.com to get our latest returns address with your order number even if you have returned before, we are growing and our warehouse address is subject to change.
2. Add a note in your parcel with Name & order number and store credit / Refund Details. (if you do not put a note in your parcel you will automatically get credit)
3. Send the item back to us with the courier of your choice. We advise tracked shipping.
4. If you are prompted to add the parcel value, please put the item value of the parcel as $20 or under. If this is not done we may not be able to accept your return.
Our Returns Policy timeframe is 14 days from the day your order arrives. Under no circumstances do we Refund, Exchange or Credit sale items. You will be charged $4 restock fee if you decide to return your package, this will be deducted from your refund balance.

We Don’t Offer Return Labels, Returns Must Be Covered By The Customer As We Offer Discounted Shipping On Your Initial Order.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including packaging) with tags attached.
(please inspect your item and remember all valid returns are resold, so please do not send back an item in a condition you would not like to receive it. We discard all returns that do not pass our quality checks and you will lose your item and your right to refund)
Any items that are not in return condition will be refused a refund and you will also lose your item.
If you send back your item outside of our 14 day timeframe, you will not be refunded and you will lose your item.
If your return is in new condition and approved, your return will be refunded via store credit or secure payment back to the card you paid with.
Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our fulfilment centre.
WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS. SALE ITEM PURCHASES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY SALE OR ANY WEBSITE SALE ARE NON REFUNDABLE. FOR HYGIENE REASONS ALL BODYSUITS AND SWIMSUITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Bad Society Club is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Any items that have an duty tax charge will not be refunded make sure you mark the item value under $20 when shipping returns to avoid this happening to you.
Like many retailers, we reduce prices of styles periodically. If you purchase a style before it is reduced, we are not obliged to honour the newly reduced sale price for you.
Please Note: During holidays and times of high volume (for example: black friday, christmas & new years week), returns are subject to delays.
If you are still waiting to receive store credit for your return after 14 days of your item being delivered to our address, please contact our Customer Care team via E-Mail At Customer@badsocietyclub.com with your Name & Order Number and returns tracking number. Please track your return before contacting.
