How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

We have a 21 day refund policy that starts only when your package arrives at your doorstep. 

We accept returns for undamaged items within 21 days

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship our from warehouses in the USA or United Kingdom. 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? 

Our order ship so fast sometimes it is difficult to cancel orders, but email us and we will be more than happy to help

Pre Order items have been specifically pre reserved for you once the order has been complete & can not be cancelled.

 What are your shipping options? 

USPS, DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, Fedex

We offer standard and express shipping to all of our customers.  

What if my order arrives damaged? 

Please contact customer within the first 7 days of receiving the order and they will be sure to help you.

Can I get a refund on my Sale items?

Reduced items can be refunded.. We only use a no refund policy on website sales like black friday & summer sales.

 Pre Orders

If your order is a preorder, your order will be shipped as one package when your preorder is available to dispatch. 

Duties & Import Fee's

UK and American customers do not get charged import fees. We pay 50% of import fees for all other worldwide countries so you don't have to spend too much xx
